Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    and what i have to check in task manager.pls explain in detail how to.

    Browse to the following location to find the Microsoft help folder.

    C:\Documents and Settings<user>\Application Data\Microsoft Help

    Uninstall Office 2013 by following the steps mentioned in the link below this will remove all the installed components of Office 2013 from the computer.

    Are you trying to install Office on the computer?

    If yes, which edition of Office did you purchase (Office 365 Home/Personal, Office Home and Student 2013, Office Home and Business 2013 or Office Professional Plus 2013)?
