Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    2. Are you facing issues installing the Office suite?
    3. Which is the operating system installed on the computer?
    4. What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?

    To check Event Viewer logs you may follow instructions mentioned below.

    a) Initiate Run by pressing the Windows Hot Key + R. Now type eventvwr.msc and press Enter on your keyboard to launch the Event Viewer application.

    b) When Event Viewer opens up you can look at the left pane and view the logs regarding the specific action (Microsoft Office) on Windows.

    Hi,

    Let's try the following methods and verify the result.

    Method 1

    Let's run 'Fix it' from the following article to remove any remains of Office installation. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

    Note: Save the ‘Fix it’ before running it if you’re working on a 64 bit Windows.

    Method 2

    Restart the computer in a clean boot state following instructions mentioned in the article below and then try installing the Office suite and verify the result.

    Note: Ensure to reset the computer in normal mode after troubleshooting.
