Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello,

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working". previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

Yes there is a "Custom" option for Windows 8. When you get to that page, choose "Custom" option. When you get to the page that asks where you want to install, choose your drive and then you'll get the message about there being a windows install there and there will be the windows.old folder. Just be careful on the drive option page that you don't format the drive. That's what erases your files.

No, that isn't it. What I'm talking about is when you click on "install", then the "Read the...., yada-yada", it will analyze the system, and give you a "where to install windows" screen. When you click on your primary drive, it'll detect the other windows application. It then gives you the message about the files stored in a "windows.old" folder. When you agree, it gives you the installation type page. THAT is where you choose the fresh install, where nothing is saved, or the "custom" install.

I am going to run and take care of a client, and when I get back, if you haven't responded, I will run an install, up to that point, and get pics of each screen, and show it to you. If, in the meantime, you resolve the problem, just let me know.

These four shots (I hope you can read them) are the process, in sequence. If you are not getting these pages, then you have some weird software. Choose the "Custom install Windows only" option. Click "OK" on the disclaimer about "Windows.old", and the rest is step...

The thing is that I have Windows 8, not Windows 8 Pro, and I don't have either of those two DVDs. I just wanted to know if the way i showed you can do the trick as well. If you don't know that's ok :)
