Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    This also solve the problem

    Hold Windows key + R.

    · Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

    %Programdata%

    Click on 'Microsoft ' folder and navigate to '**OFFICE'**and****Delete the folder.

    Now retry the Office Setup.

    I need some details to assist you better:

    What is the operating system installed on the computer?

    Verify if you are able to open msinfo32.

    Hold Windows key + R.

    · Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

    msinfo32 ****

    Try the steps below and check if it helps:

    Manually uninstall all the previous versions of Office:

    Also remove Office 2013 manually from the registry:
