I like to share my sollution:

i tried all the already mentionned thinks like

    • deleting helpfolder
    • deleting keys in registry
    • etc. etc.

till i found somewere one little remark about that setup uses the tasksheduler ... so i checked but the service was inactive and i could not start it.... The service was dependent on two other services and they also were inactive... activating both services and then the task sheduler service did the trick...

office installed in 2 minutes :)

You can check in the taskmanager very simple if your task-sheduler-service is activated... if its inactive i think setup will fail most certainly... at least, mine did.

    hope i helped someone out

can you please explain how to check if my task-sheduler-service is activated. Please i need your help!

    Hi Greg,

Let me assist you with the issue related to Office 2013 installation.

I need some details to assist you better:

What is the edition of Office that you are trying to install?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Try the steps below and check the result:

Run the fix it to remove the traces of Office completely from the computer?

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Note: Try to save the fix it tool to the desktop and then run it to remove Office.

Restart the computer, re-download and install the Office suite in clean boot mode:

Refer to the link below to know on how to start the computer in clean boot:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: Ensure to restart the computer to normal mode once troubleshooting is completed.

Clean boot is performed to disable all start up programs and 3rd party services on the computer and check if they are conflicting with the Office program. If so, you may disable the unwanted software which conflict with the suite or update the same.

I hope the above steps help. If you have further queries let us know and I will be glad to assist you further.

    Thank you
