Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    I have tried all the above different suggestions for installation and nothing worked. Same issue of system boot........ Need assistance

    Pollardie, thank you for your reply, back then I spent hours in a four day period seaching for a solution to that problem, luckly after 4 days of trying ,I decided to burn the software on a DVD, and the problem was solved. I just clicked on set up (it shows only on the DVD), and the installation went smoothly.

    • While activating?
    • While opening Office applications?

    Hi,

    You may follow the steps below to check if the Task Scheduler Service is active:

    Click Start > All Programs > Accessories, and then right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

    At the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

    net start schedule.

    Let us know the result.

    the text is in greek so i can translate it accurately, BUT it says there was an error 1058. I am doubly sure I chose Run as administrator and type "net start schedule".
