Click the  Start   button > Click  Control Panel  > Click      System and Maintenance > Click Administrative Tools >Double-click   Task Scheduler

    Or

    1. Open a command prompt. To open a command prompt, clickStart , click All Programs , click Accessories , and then clickCommand Prompt .
    2. At the command prompt, type Taskschd.msc

Dude, you need a timeout! I get your frustration. I have it too. None of the stuff I've tried has worked, and, like you, I don't see Task Scheduler doing anything with that. But hey, I'm not the expert.  Deepa Raj is. So, I suggest we give her the benefit of the doubt. OK?

I was tring to fix an error on Office 2013 installation, then i saw in a comment that for some reason i had to have my task scheduler activated. I don't know how that fixes my problem. Anyway, I found out that my pc couldn't follow the steps given by a Deepa Raj's comment on 10 April (***IMPORTANT: Search Deepa Raj's comment on 10 April, that's my help for you***) to activate the service because i also can't change lockscreen and have others issues in my pc BECAUSE my pc is a mess.

I don't know what task scheduler is, I JUST WANT TO FIX THE ERROR ON OFFICE 2013' S INSTALLATION and I want a STRAIGHT FORWARD SOLUTION for that.

Anyone please Respond with all possible solution in one comment (that's you god)

    Alex

P.S don' tell me "you have to buy another pc". I know that.
