I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working". previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.
Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

You won't lose your files, necessarily. If you do, just don't format the HDD (hard drive). Choose the "Custom" option. When you do, you'll see a message that says your files will be placed in a folder named "Windows.old". After the install, you will see, whenever you click on the C:\ drive, you will see the folder. Open it and find your "User" folder, where you'll see your user name, and go from there.

Have you reinstalled windows? Maybe this will fix it. I haven't tried it because i don't want my files lost.
Sorry about my frustration. I guess i needed it off my chest. But the thing is that i had office '13 installed, i uninstalled it, but i can't reinstall it.
