No, that isn't it. What I'm talking about is when you click on "install", then the "Read the...., yada-yada", it will analyze the system, and give you a "where to install windows" screen. When you click on your primary drive, it'll detect the other windows
application. It then gives you the message about the files stored in a "windows.old" folder. When you agree, it gives you the installation type page. THAT is where you choose the fresh install, where nothing is saved, or the "custom" install.
I am going to run and take care of a client, and when I get back, if you haven't responded, I will run an install, up to that point, and get pics of each screen, and show it to you. If, in the meantime, you resolve the problem, just let me know.
