Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

hello, 

I got the problem when i want to install microsoft office 2013. The Problem is when i click the setup, setup is running well at the first time. But when the installation almost finish, appear notification "microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" then i click close and appear notification again " microsoft setup bootstrapper has stopped working".  previously, i had installed microsoft office 2013 preview and i uninstalled please help me solve this problem.

Now i already installed office 2010, i want install office 2013,

    So I've uninstalled the Office Compatibility pack and ran ALL Office removal Fix-Its from Office 2003 through 2010 and then it was finally possible to install Office 2010.

    Hello guys,

    for me none of the proposed solutions worked.

    Tried Office 2010* / 2013 cleaner  *was installed before

    hacked the registry

    deleted and renamed all folders

    checked the task planner, which was running.

    Anyway the Office boot strapper worked until I have chosen the products from the list and click install, then Bootstrapper crashed.

    When I ran setup.exe from the subdirectories on the Office installation disc (x86 / x64) then I got prompted to uninstall Office Compatibility pack 2007. Still bootstrapper is crashing.

    OS: Windows 7 pro x64, trying to install Office 2013 pro plus x86 / x64

    You guys are idiots if you think the average Joe can do all this. Windows 10 is an epic fail and may doom Microsoft to oblivion.

    I've pent the better part of a week trying to get it to restore productivity to my office....and I actually know what I'm doing. This company has progressively gotten worse since XP.

    I can intrepidly say, "Success!" (Almost). Wait, wait, wait...! Except on Office 360 and Onenote which won't install! IDIOTS!!! You would think of all integration's that these would be the most successful.

    NOPE! Too much MJ in Redmond these days.
