I like to share my sollution:
i tried all the already mentionned thinks like
- deleting helpfolder
- deleting keys in registry
- etc. etc.
till i found somewere one little remark about that setup uses the tasksheduler ... so i checked but the service was inactive and i could not start it.... The service was dependent on two other services and they also were inactive... activating both services and then the task sheduler service did the trick...
office installed in 2 minutes :)
You can check in the taskmanager very simple if your task-sheduler-service is activated... if its inactive i think setup will fail most certainly... at least, mine did.
hope i helped someone out
Thank you. A very simple and effective solution. Just try it and maybe you won't need any other solution that includes changing registries, folders, etc.
THANKS !!!!
it's working !!!! THANKS A LOT :) !!!!
MERCI BEAUCOUP !!!
Yeah, that Task Scheduler thing is about as enraging as a scorned woman. I don't know what it does, and MS gives the most ambiguous answers in all creation. So, that's no good.
I tried to start that service by trying to start the associated services, and got absolutely nowhere. I think my issue is with the beta Windows 8.1 that I was testing. I just stopped the testing because I got busy with other things. As soon as I can, I'm gonna get back to it. I'll keep your post in mind...

I am still having issues and attempted starting the services with no luck. Any suggestions?
