    I've found Complete Solution.

    this will definitely work.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Download and install Crack Version of "RegClean Pro" from anywhere(like kickass.to)

    and fix all problems.

then restart your system; and install your Microsoft office 2013/pro/365 Pack.

    Enjoy

    Thank you.

I had the same Problem, and a few times the  bootsrapper error came about.

But I checked the log file in the Temp Folder, said, Accessed denied to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Office..

But the uninstaller ERROR said just restart, and no error codes were on the screen..

I changed the security settings on the setup file , Gave full access for Admin, Admin's, Myself..

Then I went to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\ and took over ownership..

    This worked.   but ...

What I should have done that after adding more access to Administrator(s) --Both.  myself , I should have ran OFFICE to see if that was a solution, before taking ownership. But I figured one or the other would work so I did both and saved me some time.. LOL

    PS..

People are saying 32bit will install when 64 won't. Well, I did not try 32bit, cause after I took ownership of the folder and did my security setting for Setup in a folder on desktop, it worked..

Probably, using a program I know of that resets the security of windows 8, may have worked.

I know there may be flaw in Windows 8, itself. I find that Explorer won't release folders when moving them to other drives. I found out that Unlocker says it is not locked and moves the file/folder when windows will not do anything. I found out when you move something by dragging and dropping to the same windows it won't work, but cut and paste with the mouse it will. Or if you move it to the nav folders, it won't work but moving it in the same window will..  There is a definite glitch in Explorer when it comes to accessing files by copying, moving or creating..

My advise to MS is not to keep adding and upgrading, but to Fix the bugs that I have seen back on XP that are still in Vista, Seven and Now 8..

Another thing, STORES is always loaded when I did nothing. Metro apps that I close by dragging or clicking the X in Windows 8.1. does not terminate the program. Why does the PDF reader app need to be running when I never launched anything. ?  I have to use the Task Mgr to kill processes all the time. It says that if you close a Metro on MS website that after a while it will shutdown--I find this to be false.

Windows Store does not need to be running when I never launched it. Get that fixed MS.

    Hello,

I have the same problem with Office 2013 Professional Plus. I have already uninstalled the previous trial version but it does not help. I have tried the fix it but it does not find any problem. I have also tried to manually uninstall it (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501/en-us) but no effect. I have also tried to install it in clean boot mode but still the same error occures. I also found on one of the microsoft forums an advice to burn the the installator on a CD but it did not help either. The last thing I tried is to run the OCT but I was not succesful. Please help! Btw. I have Win 8.

    Thank you!

I think this is what you mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21cJv5GQlHo

The thing is that I have Windows 8, not Windows 8 Pro, and I don't have either of those two DVDs. I just wanted to know if the way i showed you can do the trick as well. If you don't know that's ok :)

I also can't see the email you gave me. It says exactly: "You can email me directly , at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, if you need to." But i have a gmail account.

    My name is Alex Kaminia,
