Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.
After trying for 2 days to get a trial offer for MS Office 365 and having all trials end with an error message saying" Sorry, but we have experienced a problem..........etc." I am giving up again today, maybe I'll try again tomorrow. Smarten up Microsoft! If you want me a s a customer, you'd better show up and perform!
I am getting this error message something went wrong. This was after office 365 was added 9 months ago and just stopped working. After removing Office 365 with the fix it tool and then reinstalling, the error message something went wrong popped up with an error number 0X80070005. MS says a config file may have been corrupted and wanted to charge 100.00 to fix?? I then went to remove office 365 off of another computer and had a new license and got the same message. This is a brand new computer and this shouldn't be happening. If MS knows about all these errors happening, why aren't there any fixes for them ?
