Hi Naman,

If you receive this error:

Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

I installed Office 365 in January on my laptop and my desktop.  The laptop has been mostly idle since then.

There was a .problem with a stuck key that .required replacing the keyboard under warranty.  The new keyboard works fine.  Nothing else was done to the computer.

When I fired up the laptop Excel told me the product was unlicensed.  I could not even copy text from the spreadsheet; it only displays documents.  I logged in and found the laptop listed as being licensed.  The activation option tells me it can't do that right now.

I de-activated the install and then tried to re-activate but that did not work.  I tried to re-install and I got the error that something went wrong.  How descriptive.

Now I am getting nervous about using this product.  If it is going to shut down for some reason I could be stranded with no way to operate.  I like the product but when I consider that I may lose access to it through no fault of my own I am very concerned.

I notice that Word Perfect's suite is only $99 and includes everything.  I don't care to use the cloud or the on-line disk storage that comes with this product so Word Perfect may be the way to go in the future.  If Office will run reliably I would like to stay with it but this is worrisome.
