Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

If that does not help, then you might remove all traces of the Office installation by downloading the fixit from the following article:

saving it to your computer and then running it.
Then reinstall Office by logging into www.office.com/myaccountwith your registered email address and click Install Office.
I can't find my error code. I have a brand new computer with the latest window version, I guess 8.1. I am not happy and have tried to run this program several time but keep getting the error. I don't see the abbvy fine reader. Will someone at this company help me.
