I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

If you receive this error:

Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    I used the above link to uninstall and reinstall and am still receiving the error message. Please advise. “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

    My programs became uninstalled out of nowhere, I am running Office 2013.

    Why does the link from the error go to the community page with numerous others having the same issue with no potential resolution provided.
