I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

If you receive this error:

Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    You have to reinstall the Microsoft word application back on your computer. . Once you have it reinstalled  you will have all your saved word documents back. If you don't have the activation key product number of where you purchased it, then you will need to contact Microsoft or whomever you purchased the application to give you another activation number .

    I am getting the same code, not only that but I no longer have my program I can not open my school work, and it will not let me re install...
