Hi Naman,

If you receive this error:

Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

Have also just experienced this problem. Just installed Windows Office 365 Home Premium, and when I tried to open it, NOT ONLY DID I receive the same error message as above "30088-4", all traces of Office have disappeared from my PC ENTIRELY. I cannot find it anywhere. If I try to open any Office-related document, it asks me which program I would like to use (the first suggestion being ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR!!) and there's no option to open it with Office. It has disappeared completely!!! How do I fix this problem ???

PS. Even IF I could somehow locate it again and uninstall/re-install as advised, would that not mean I've just wasted 1 of the 5 installation chances that I just purchased in the $99.99 package?
