I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    Funcionaba, sin embargo al hacer la actualización automática aparece:

    "Código de error:30080-4"

    Desde entonces ya se carga el programa

    that did not solve the problem... i refuse to continue to have to install, remove , and reinstall.

    there is nothing wrong with how the program is working, other than i did not use it in 2 days ( weekend) thus when i return and do not open it as soon as i boot the pc, i get these error codes.

    Why should we have to remove Office to fix a Microsoft problem.  If you have created a problem with an upgrade, this is unacceptable customer service.
