Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.
I tried to open a document and I got error message. Cannot open documents. I would like to fix it and a quick fix did not work

I have already removed Office and am trying to reinstall it. My 365 was working fine until a couple of days ago. I have followed every step given on the Microsoft website and now am getting this error. I don't know what else to do.
