I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    use what article? where? I have this error message after paying Microsoft $99 for the download I get this error message, but it leads no where.

    OK, getting this error too, but when installing OneDrive for Business. 

    Office is already installed and working fine.  Sure don't want to have to rip it out just to get OneDrive to install.

    Any other ideas?
