“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4”
Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

I feel terribly sorry that I can't help you with the solution of your problems. I don't know what your help service conditions are from Microsoft in your country. Fortunately enough here in Japan, there is a telephone help service from Microsoft everyday, except for Sundays and national holidays. I contacted them at the dial number: Japan 0120-00-8449 yesterday morning. I waited almost two hours, having a telephonce receiver, till a technical professional was on the phone. To my great joy, he solved my problem within 30 minutes, controling my compurter from his own.

I have been getting this error everytime I want to download office 365
when I go to uninstall list it shows this computer has office already downloaded when I click uninstall I get the same error message
