I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

Hi Naman,

If you receive this error:

“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4”

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    Dear Hans and other people who cordially responded to Izawa's problem of installing PowrPint2013,

         Thanks for your helpful sugestion as to what I shoud do.

    I was trying to do this and tha last night.  The problem was 

    not solved yesterday, spending about over three hours late

    at night.  I didn't have any other way but to have a professional

    help from a Microsoft professional  in the morning today. 

    Alas, he made it  only within 30 minutes!!  Thanks to him. 

    I really appreciate his professionalism.

    I don't have it installed to begin with. I bought it a month ago, haven't used my tablet in awhile, and all of a sudden all my office applications are missing... I go to reinstall it, and get this message...
