Office 365 doesn't recognize my Microsoft account

I just bought a subscription to Office 365 and entered my email and password for my Microsoft account and the program is telling me that it doesn't recognize that account, which is the only MS account I have and so definitely the one that I used to install the program for the trial period.

    I had problems with PayPal as well.  I closed the account because my account was apparently hacked.  I still get requests for updates from "PeyPal"...a fishing email which looks similar to the PayPals.  I suggest you close the account and use a secure debit card or prepaid debit card with limited funds on it to ensure that your primary checking or debit card is not hacked like mine was with Wells Fargo this past holiday.
