I just bought a subscription to Office 365 and entered my email and password for my Microsoft account and the program is telling me that it doesn't recognize that account, which is the only MS account I have and so definitely the one that I used to install the program for the trial period.

I'm being billed every month from my bank account and cannot sign into my Office 365 Personal account? I'm getting frustrated that I cannot use it when I pay monthly for it?

Maybe it is because of use of two-step verification? I use two-step and had to create an app password to get past the error when installing 365 to my Mac.
