I just bought a subscription to Office 365 and entered my email and password for my Microsoft account and the program is telling me that it doesn't recognize that account, which is the only MS account I have and so definitely the one that I used to install the program for the trial period.

I have the same Office Account, all I did was replace the old card number with a new card number because the old card has been stolen. That is all I did change the Credit Card number for a new one. Also my name is ******@outlook.com, and when they send me an e-mail today, they wrote Boricua75 , and that number in my name is wrong.

I hope next time they write it correctly, which is ******@oultlook.com, and Office 365 is paid, but I repeat, I have the same account, the only thing that changed was the Credit Card number I hope to receive an e-mail responding and clearing this subject. I have two extra computers using Office 365, I hope they didn't bother the service just because someone didn't understand the procedure with the card number changed. Thank you
