Office 365 - Where is picture manager?

Is there any way to register a request to provide it (Picture Manager) ?  I was considering getting Office 365 and now I am not so sure.  Picture Manager is a favorite tool.  I detest the picture streaming with my Windows 8 PC - useless and annoying so far.

If you just want MODI or Picture Manager 2007or OneNote 2007, you can start the SharePoint installation process then select the **“Custom” install option.**This will allow you to deselect SharePoint and any other product you do not want wasting space on your machine.

Download SharePoint Designer 2007 

• Do a “Customize install” to select SharePoint / MODI (under Office Tools) / OneNote

Note: the free download of SharePoint Designer 2007 includes a few surprising extras:

NOTE: when one person ran that download it did not include OneNote. I redownloaded and ran it and did see it. We never did resolve what the cause was.

Note: 2007 version is Free and includes MODI. 2010 version does NOT include it (don’t know if it is free).

Feels more like a subset to me... plus the gallery requires a lot more clicks - compare the resize, crop... I used to be able to process hundreds of photos at  once... I am struggling to do one at the time now. (&(*^*%&%^$#%$#%$#%$

1. Download SharePoint Designer 2010 (free tool)
2. Run the Installation
3. Do not install default but go to Custom
4. Select "Not Available" on all the program list
5. Open the node (+ sign) of Office Tools
6. Select  “Microsoft Office Picture Manager” dropdown and choose “Run from My Computer”
7. Go through the installation process and complete it.

The Office Picture Manager gets installed in your Windows 8.1/Office 365.

NOTE: SharePoint Designer 2013 doesn't have this program hence this will only work with SharePoint Designer 2010.
