Office 365 - Where is picture manager?

If you have Office 365, Picture Manger is no longer included. MS wants us to believe that the Windows 10 Photos applet is an adequate replacment for it ...

Look through earlier replies, there are instructions on how you can still get a free copy of picture manager.

Office Picture Manager Tool is no more accessible from the Office Tools folder. There is no Office tool that will explicitly replace Picture Manager but there are picture editing tools within the core apps (like Word, PowerPoint or Excel) that can accomplish many of the same editing functionality which exist in Picture Manager.

You can also use Windows Live Photo Gallery to accomplish all tasks since it has a super set of the Picture Manager features.

Why not?

You cannot place a photo on the desktop from the program that opens when you click on a jpg. I like to place new photos on my desktop regularly and also to make minor mods that are not available in that program that does open. Please put it back.

You guys screw things up for no reason.

You had a perfectly good tool in MS  Office Photo Manager (Outlook 2010) and now there is no substitute. 

Seem like a new crop of software wannbe's who have to put their twist on the latest version end up deleting feature they don't think are important. 

Very frustrating. I have been using MS products for 40 years or so...very frustrating.

I.e., I need to re-size a photo in Office 365. Where do I do that? 

Having to resort to 3rd party software only takes me away from MS. 

Already had to abandon Internet Explorer for Chrome in order to stay productive. 

So sad.
