I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30174-4” when trying to install Office. What should I do?

Will I have to pay again if I do that? I haven't planned to.

Microsoft proved one thing with 8.0 they are cheaters and thieves. If Bill Gates is an honorable man as he thinks he is he would have fixed his problem. I have lost all respect for Gates he stole from me and he should be in jail...............
