I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30174-4” when trying to install Office. What should I do?

Okay your fix for the fix is not working. I did the uninstall but now the re-install is not working. When will you fix this???? Very frustrated.
