I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30174-4” when trying to install Office. What should I do?

If i use this office killer utility (fix it) button and it uninstalls all the office products, won't I lose all of my documents and excel data from this computer?
