I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error code 30174-4” when trying to install Office. What should I do?

I have Microsoft Office 365 hogar Premium installed 2/4/2014 It won't run. I set lap top off and on again. Many times. What can I do?
Will I have to pay again if I do that? I haven't planned to.
