how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    August 21, 2018. I am installing it on my 3rd computer out of 5 allowed

    I purchased Office 365 during the set up of my new HP Laptop 15 and did not get a key number to activate my account.  I need to use Power Point.  How can I get the code?

    I am not installing office for the first time. I was using tech support and they offered me a free one month extension on my office 365 but to claim that I need the product key. I don't know where to find it or how I get the free month extension.

    This may have already become to complicated for what it is worth.
