How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    I purchased an action pack ID 4536354.  this give me 5 to 10 licenses for Office 365.  My current license are expired and i need to enter the key from the action pack?

    Help please

    I have been working on this issues for 4 week, been on phone hold for over 2 days, keep getting cut off or transfer to another department.  Not sure how to resolve this issue before we get cut off and it shuts down my office??????????

    I purchased my computer which came with W10 and Office 2016 installation keys.

    W10 works (legit) but Office - has its own install key -  does not.

    O 2016 does not accept the key supplied by the dealer. It says it is being used by another account.

    Impossible - because Office is part of the purchase bundle. It is being installed for the first time.

    When I contacted the dealer, he says the product key is legit. No reason to doubt it. 

    He asked me to contact MS for support.

    MS also reports that the product key is valid.   Where do I go from here?
