how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    Mark, you should remove the product key from your posts before someone steals it.

    No one here has access to the system to validate it for you.

    You will have to do a phone activation to talk to someone who can help you answer that question.

    I have a product Key that will not load. I bought it at Staples in Roseburg Or. It will not load. Is it not valid. Are they selling cards that are not valid? The produce code is <removed>

    Thank you all for your responses.  I contacted Microsoft direct and they accessed my pc remotely and located my key so it's now downloaded on my new pc and it was completed very quickly over the chat system.  Thanks again ��🤗
