how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

I would need more details to assist you:

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    it came along with my computer when i first purchased it,i lost access when i forgot my password and had to create a new microsoft account ever since then i have been on able to gain access to office

    I have an Office 365 installed in my PC and want to install it in another PC (I am allowed to have it in up to 5 PCs) . I do not have the product key.

    I do have an e-mail from Microsoft Office 365 with subject "Getting Started: Welcome to Office 365"; nothing else.

    What should I do?

    Hi Helen,

    I have Office 365 on my computer and are trying to get my wife access on that as well but she needs my product key that I have lost. It is a networked system and she is in the office next to me so I assume that is covered under the same system? Let me know. Thank you, Charles
