how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    i just bought a new desktop and I also bought new subscription. I cant install as I have an existing subscription which has not expired, How do I retrieve the product key from my old computer.

    I purchased via Microsoft website around February 21, 2018 a 5x monthly subscription to Office 365 home. I thought I registered the first time. however I was having major outlook problems, from before signing up. My Outlook office 365 is now fixed, but we are still working on fixing my wife's Outlook.

    we had to remove it and all remnants from her machine and I just reinstalled it tonight.

    Tried navigating office.com/myaccount unsuccessfully tonight looking for our key.

    I purchased it with my computer. office 365outlook 01148-997495767  12/01/2014. ihave had computer problems and need to re-install.   help!
