how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    I purchased my laptop and software from Best Buy in Stockton, CA at the mall in July of this year (2018). I bought the Windows 365 installed ( I think) and have used it frequently since. This is the number they are giving me :

    MSQQ200710145969073. Which des not equate to 25 characters. My wife paid for the renewal on the 5th so I am not sure I need to do anything else... This may be just a duplicate email reminder from you and BestBuy
