How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    I had my computer repaired as well as my husband's computer. I have lost the key that I need to download Office 365 on his laptop.

    Can you help me in retrieving my key number?

    I bought Office 365 in August 16 for 1 computer and 2 portable devices. But I never installed it on portable devices. Now I want to install on 1 laptop. I am in Brooklyn, New York, USA, 11204. each month I pay USD 10.99 for this subscription. I do not remember if I used the product key for the first installment.
