So we can't use GoDaddys ressources for free forever?
What a pity :-)
But one could try another workaround:
Set Domain up via temporary zone @GoDaddy as discussed. Set up Domain in outlook.com.
Once everything works, copy the records that MS set up on your domain, over to your original DNS.
Once done, loose GoDaddy.
That way you'll still have the correct DNS settings live and have your eail arrive at the right place in Microsoft.
Question is only if they at some point check wether it's GoDaddys nameservers.
One would need to try this. And never have a warranty that they never check.
So perhaps a nice trick but perhaps not for productive use.
