Use of own domain name with Office 365 Home/Premium

I cannot seem to find out whether I can add my own private domain, i.e. not a business user, but I own a personalised domain, with Office 365 Home Premium.

In other words, I would like to use ******@mydomain.com instead of ******@outlook.com.

I know you can do this with Office 365 for Business, but need to know whether this can be done with Home Premium.

    I'm looking at Fastmail.  They pretty much cover everything I want, to the point other features like encrypted storage of mail on their servers and servers located outside the US* are the only things left for me to worry about.  Whilst I'm thinking of the a domain name, I'm half considering Easydns, but I really think Fastmail will get my money.  I can't see Microsoft making this level of service readily available or at a reasonable price for home usage.

    * Fastmail do claim that: "we won't release any data without the required legal authorisation from an Australian court. As an Australian company, we do not respond to US court orders."  I'm not sure how they do this give they have servers in NY.

    Talking about good alternatives, about half a year ago I switched to Protonmail (TED Talk about it). It is a Switzerland based (open source libraries based) encrypted mail. At this point they do not have calendar and windows apps (so there is no way to sync calendar and contacts) but it is coming soon (I hope). So, with Windows, I am still using Outlook.com contacts and calendar but mail is on Protonmail now.

    It is not free if you want a custom domain but, in my opinion, they have gained enough of my trust.

    just use zoho mails, its give you up to 25 free pro mails

    The page you linked posts:

    'Get the new Exchange as a hosted service from Microsoft or as a part of an Office 365 Business Premium plan that includes SharePoint and Skype for Business and more'.

    So I think it wont work like other poster here would like to.

    Hi, now it's 2017, and I'm reading this, after having gone through exactly the same discussions with MS support.

    Still the same.

    And, I am NOT subscribing to o265 Home until this is possible.

    Stupid strategy from MS, what's the point?
