I too set up a unique email address per organisation that I deal with.
In conjunction with a password manager this is a good security benefit, and also helps identify spam sources.
I've set up wildcard mail forwarding from my domain to webmail but this has two limitations:
Firstly outgoing address is that of the webmail provider.
Secondly there is no way in webmail to disable any of the aliases should they start delivering spam.
Like you I don't need/want the hassle of maintaining a family mail server.
