Hello,
Word, Excel and Powerpoint 2013 offer the new "Start Page" when launching the program. When clicking on a supplied template to open it, the process fails and gives the error message - "Something went wrong while downloading your template". We had the same issue with online templates in Office 2010. Has anyone had this same issue and is there a fix for it? We use Sophos Endpoint Security for anti-virus. Thanks.

If you try downloading the template manually from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/?CTT=97, does that work?

Yes, I can download templates from the address that you posted.
We have resolved the issue now, thanks for your help.
If you have Visio Viewer 2016 installed, Uninstall it. I couldn't download any templates with any of the Office 2016 Pro Plus applications, and got that stupid message "Something went wrong". As soon as Visio Viewer 2016 was removed, I could download any template with all the applications. I then installed Visio Viewer 2013 and they all still worked.
