the 64 bit systems do not have a ospp.vbs file the path for the office in the 64 bit folder is different as well "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office15\ a number of files are in the subfolders of this directory which begin with OSPP what is the correct ospp file to edit for the key change? I hit this issue as well, use the Program Files (x86) directory: cd "\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15" Then you can run the cscript ospp.vbs options as follows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15> cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.8 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation.
