@Guruprasad It was 1 computer with a single download file. It was the Change Product Key link in the Office Account settings that was missing. There were no errors. I removed the program and copied over an ISO that I had on our network to install with and it worked perfectly. Not sure what happened there, but all is well now. Thank you for your response!

Did you ever get an answer to this? I downloaded Office Professional 2013 from MS download site and when I go to activate it with a key it indicates a key has already been activated the maximum number of times, I have a key to change it, but can't find where to do so. Thank you!!!
