I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I'm trying to install Publisher 2013 on a machine with Windows 7 and I keep getting an error message which says "Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task.  Please wait for this task to complete and then try again."

    I have closed all of my other programs and don't know why I'm getting this error message.  I certainly can't "wait for this task to complete" when I don't even know what task is being performed!

    im having the same exact problem I have a project due tomorrow and am trying to use powerpoint, I downloaded the free trial and I keep trying to open powerpoint and all it says is something went wrong. I need to finish this project does anybody have ideas for a different option or help on what to do please!!!!
