I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    Can anyone bet this debacle? 6 hours on the phone, passed on to 10 people, 3 tried remote fix, nothing... today, talk to 4 people, 2 hours later I talk to pre-sales. Got my number and will call me.

    I have a survey... negative complaints 235 out of 258, that is a 91.09%.  positive statements 23 out of 258, 8.91 percent. If Microsoft wasn't so cash rich, they'd be our of business with tis rating.

    I installed word 2013 yesterday and today 24 hours later I can not use it because ward still busy  installing or unstalling .

    it keeps telling me "something went wrong" also  - but not what went wrong - have given up with this package.

    £160 wasted - how do I erase its very existance off my machine and revert back to 2007?

    Will never buy anything microsoft put out agin until the public have resolved the issues for them - say two years after issue - looks like they have outsourced the problem sorting stage of there activities to the fee paying public.
