Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

THIS is a mess Microsoft should be ashamed of the way this installs I purchase first Office 2013 on April 23 Rd. Could not make the Key work, kept saying I needed to purchase the program, I am an Accountant and tax deadline is the Th. Today I finally got a hold of someone, He could hardly speech English after about 15 minutes of not being able to make anything work he said Bye not even a Goodbye I can't help you. Does this sound just like Microsoft. I have paid for the program twice. I am just sick of it.

Not the Microsoft I USED to know.   I guess they're too big to care anymore.

as one of the largest retailors in Germany, we advise our customers to change to MAC and their upgrades. We sell now more apple products (+34%)  and have very good Feedback from our customers. It is at the moment a big problem to find solutions with customer service of Microsoft. We hope getting major solutions by the end of 2014, until that time we try to convince our customers to by apple products.

    Same problem-something went wrong!

    Had the same issue too,

solved it by inplace update of windows, remvoing all apps and desktop applications but keeping my data.

Get your windows installation DYD and start setup.exe and then install windows on the same machine again.
