I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    If this all has to be done, Microsoft should have given a statement before purchasing that there might be error problems regarding downloading the software.

    I have NEVER bought something such as a downloaded program without reading the complications of such actions. NOT after it I purchased but BEFORE! 

    The fact that NO CS is available for this is not acceptable. If you are unhappy with ANY product you legally have the right to be refunded in a given amount of time. This LAW is especially true when it comes to purchasing any type of software.

    This is wasting my time and is all Im asking for is a refund of $9.99 and my CC info removed. THANK GOD i did not pay the yearly fee of $100.00 to Microsoft.

    Now, it is not about the money but principality.  This is ridiculous!

    Also, I have windows 8. I do NOT need this software to have Word, the constant messages that read "Your subscription to Word has been expired" is a lie AND misleading.

    I want action taken on this matter NOW.

    Gees SLHogan,

    I'm sorry to read your frustration and anger with a  company like Microsoft, I am disgusted that a company of their status offer such poor customer service prior to, or, after a purchase of one of their products. I wish you the best in resolving any other issues you may have with them and Please do not take it out on your PC Case :) like I have with frustration with such issues in the past.

    I think that I have installed Microsoft Office 650, but I don't know how to reach Word

     on Windows 8. I try to write Microsoft Office on the bar, but I am kicked onto the apps page and told that Microsoft Word is not an app. I have, a page for Microsoft on my desktop, but it only send me to the company page. Where can I find  the programs within Office 2013 and how do I reach them?
