I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    i have windows 8 and it said "something went wrong". Anybody find a solution? i don't feel like wasting all that money for something i need that's not gonna work

    it keeps telling me "something went wrong"

    in Windows 7, nothing is working and I have tried everything on this forum, read everything

    it is for Professional Plus 2013

    I believe I have wasted my money in buying this product

    thats exactly whats happened to me.

    i spent a lot of my money on it considering I dont have much money myself. Im really annoyed and I want help getting it to work.

    I have been trying to get this thing to work 2 days! I bought it twice i'm out of 2oo bucks and waiting on a refund and I even tried to do the stupid free trial. There is No one in support to help me! this is so lame from such a big company! I am running a business we don't take 48 hour naps, you would think some one as large as Microsoft would have GREAT customer service!! This is crazy! Now I have the software thanks to amazon But the key doesn't work! No key and I cant work! I am going crazy!
